What languages do you translate between?
Our core language pairs are Italian with English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, and Russian. We also work with Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Polish through specialist partner translators. If you have a specific pair, contact us and we will tell you clearly whether we can handle it and at what quality level.
How are your translators qualified?
Every translator in our network holds either a relevant academic qualification or verifiable professional experience in both their language pair and their subject area. We do not assign medical documents to a linguist who has never worked in healthcare, and we do not assign tourism content to someone without that industry background. The match between translator and document type is non-negotiable.
How is the price calculated?
Standard projects are priced per word, with the rate depending on the language pair, subject complexity, and turnaround time. You receive a fixed confirmed quote before work begins. The flat-rate packages on the pricing page cover the word volumes listed. For complex or large projects, we quote individually.
How long does a standard translation take?
A document of 1,500 to 2,000 words goes through our standard workflow in 2 to 3 working days. 48-hour express delivery is available as an add-on for appropriate document types. Larger or technical projects are scoped at the time of quoting with a confirmed delivery date.
Do you handle confidential documents?
All projects involve an NDA signed before we receive any files. Translators in our network operate under confidentiality agreements. Files are transmitted via encrypted channels and deleted within 60 days of delivery. We do not process client content through machine translation tools that retain training data.
What is included in the 14-day revision guarantee?
If the delivered translation does not match the agreed brief, we provide free revisions for 14 days after delivery. This covers accuracy, completeness, and conformance to any provided style guides or terminology. It does not cover changes to the original brief that occur after work has started. For fundamental quality failures, we discuss partial or full refunds on a case-by-case basis.
