The hotels and resorts along this stretch of the Ligurian coast receive guests from Germany, France, Russia, the UK, the US, and increasingly from China and the Middle East. Most of them manage their multilingual communications through a combination of machine translation and whoever on reception happened to speak a foreign language. The results tend to range from workable to embarrassing.

We work with the full range of hospitality content: hotel website copy in multiple languages, booking confirmation emails, welcome letters, in-room compendium documents, dining and spa menus, excursion guides, terms and conditions, and all guest-facing written materials. We also work with travel agencies and tour operators on brochures, destination guides, and booking platform content.

Hospitality translation requires understanding tone as much as language. A luxury property writes to its guests very differently from a family resort. A boutique hotel has a different voice from a business hotel. We adapt to the brand register of each client rather than applying a house style that is inconsistent with how they present themselves in their home language.

For properties with seasonal content needs, we offer a retainer arrangement that gives you priority access and consistent pricing across the year. For one-off or annual relaunch projects, we work on a per-project basis with a fixed quote.
