Versilia Resort Group
"Full multilingual relaunch of a five-property luxury resort group serving guests from Germany, France, Russia, and the UK, covering every guest-facing document from booking confirmations to in-room dining menus."
Versilia Resort Group needed to move away from machine-translated guest communications that had been producing polite complaints from their German and French markets. The work covered hotel website copy in five languages, booking confirmation emails, welcome packs, in-room dining menus, excursion guides, spa treatment descriptions, and all staff-to-guest written communication. We also built their first brand terminology database, which ensures that descriptions of their signature experiences read consistently across every touchpoint and every language.
Pharma Toscana Group
"Clinical trial documentation package for a Phase II oncology study including patient information leaflets, investigator brochures, case report forms, and regulatory submissions across four European markets."
Pharma Toscana Group needed a complete documentation suite for their Phase II study to be cleared for sites in Italy, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands. The package included 47 documents translated across four language pairs. For clinical material, the quality requirement is absolute - any deviation from the source meaning is a regulatory risk. We assembled a team of medical translators with clinical research backgrounds, implemented a document control process aligned with ICH GCP guidelines, and delivered all 47 documents within a compressed timeline required by the study start date.
MediaWave Studio
"Full video game localisation for a mid-size action RPG: 85,000 words of in-game dialogue, item descriptions, tutorial text, and UI strings across Italian, German, and French."
MediaWave Studio was bringing their second major title to European markets after a successful English-language launch. The localisation requirement was 85,000 source words across five categories: main story dialogue, side quest text, item and equipment descriptions, tutorial and help text, and UI strings. We coordinated a team of three specialist game translators per language, maintained a consistent character voice guide across all three language outputs, and delivered in XLIFF format compatible with their Unreal Engine pipeline. The game launched on all three localised platforms without post-launch language complaints.
